PRIMARY CARE AND WELLNESS

Care for everyday health and long-term wellness

Personalized care for patients ages 11 and older in Asheboro, with select telehealth services available across North Carolina when clinically appropriate.

What we can help with

Primary care

Annual visits, preventive screenings, medication management, laboratory testing, and ongoing care for patients ages 11 and older through Direct Primary Care.

Same-day self-pay visits

Limited focused visits may be available for minor acute concerns. Appointments are required and subject to availability. Call or text to ask whether we can help.

Ongoing health

Support for blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, thyroid health, medications, fatigue, sleep, and metabolic concerns.

Women’s health

Thoughtful support for preventive needs, menstrual concerns, perimenopause, menopause, sexual health, and referrals when another specialist is needed.

Mental health support

Evaluation and ongoing primary-care support for anxiety, depression, stress, sleep concerns, and medication management when clinically appropriate.

Wellness services

Medical weight management, hormone evaluation, IV therapy for adults 18 and older, NAD+ therapy, and wellness injections after an appropriate evaluation.

How care begins

Ongoing primary care begins with a comprehensive DPC visit. We review your history, concerns, goals, and medications, then build a clear plan together.

Same-day, IV, weight-management, and other wellness visits begin with a focused evaluation based on the service requested and your individual needs.

Primary care is available for ages 11 and older. Patients younger than 18 require parent or legal guardian consent. Individual wellness services may have different age requirements.

When another setting is safer

We do not provide emergency care, chronic pain management, disability evaluations, or management of acute psychiatric emergencies. Call 911 or seek emergency care for urgent or life-threatening symptoms.

Controlled medications are considered individually and only when clinically appropriate under state and federal requirements.
