Telehealth Services
Select services may be provided through secure telehealth for patients located within North Carolina when clinically appropriate. Some medical conditions require an in-person evaluation.
Who We Care For
We proudly care for patients 11 years of age and older.
Patients under 18 are seen for select services with parental or legal guardian consent.
When Another Level of Care Is More Appropriate
To provide the highest quality primary care, some medical concerns are best managed by another healthcare setting.
We do not provide:
• Emergency medical care
• Chronic pain management
• Disability evaluations
• Management of acute psychiatric emergencies
Select controlled medications may be prescribed when clinically appropriate and in accordance with state and federal regulations. Ongoing management is determined on an individual basis.
